1 red onion, small, thinly sliced
Oils & Vinegars
1 tsp olive oil
3 tbsp of sherry vinegar
Store Cupboard
1 tbsp of honey
3 tbsp of raisins
3 tbsp of sliced almonds, toasted
salt
pepper
Salad & Fresh Herbs
1 handful of dill, chopped
