Ingredients

Fish & Shellfish

  • 250g of salt cod fillet, soaked overnight in plenty of water

Fruit & Vegetables

  • 400g of new potatoes
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced

Salad & Fresh Herbs

  • 1 head of celery
  • 1 bunch of parsley

Spices & Dried Herbs

  • 1 bay leaf

Oils & Vinegars

  • 150ml of extra virgin olive oil
