250g of salt cod fillet, soaked overnight in plenty of water
Fruit & Vegetables
400g of new potatoes
1 lemon, zested and juiced
Salad & Fresh Herbs
1 head of celery
1 bunch of parsley
Spices & Dried Herbs
1 bay leaf
Oils & Vinegars
150ml of extra virgin olive oil
