Ingredients

  • 1 large cauliflower
  • 1 handful of cauliflower leaves

Oils & Vinegars

  • vegetable oil, for frying
  • 1 tbsp of white vinegar
  • 100ml of vegetable oil

Salad & Fresh Herbs

  • sorrel leaves, ideally red-veined
  • 100g of coriander

  • salt, as needed
  • 100g of raisins, soaked in warm water for 30 minutes
  • 1 tsp caster sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
