1 large cauliflower
1 handful of cauliflower leaves
Oils & Vinegars
vegetable oil, for frying
1 tbsp of white vinegar
100ml of vegetable oil
Salad & Fresh Herbs
sorrel leaves, ideally red-veined
100g of coriander
Store Cupboard
salt, as needed
100g of raisins, soaked in warm water for 30 minutes
1 tsp caster sugar
1 pinch of salt
Spices & Dried Herbs
1 pinch of yellow mustard seeds, large
