  • Worcestershire sauce, to taste

  • 10g of unsalted butter
  • 1 egg, soft boiled

Cheese

  • 25g of Parmesan
  • 75g of Parmesan, finely grated
  • Parmesan, shavings

Fruit & Vegetables

  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • lemon juice
  • 200g of spinach

Salad & Fresh Herbs

  • 10g of parsley, chopped
  • romaine lettuce, leaves only
  • cress

Oils & Vinegars
