  • 400g of rump steak, trimmed of any excess fat and sinew
  • 125g of bone marrow, wrapped and frozen

Dairy

  • 25g of butter

Fruit & Vegetables

  • 1 onion, finely chopped

Salad & Fresh Herbs

  • 1 tbsp of marjoram leaves

Store Cupboard

  • 2 tbsp of black peppercorns
  • 4 dollops of mayonnaise
  • salt to season
  • pepper to season

Bakery

  • 4 burger buns
