  • 500ml of milk
  • 30g of butter, for greasing

Store Cupboard

  • 50g of white chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 1 dash of vanilla extract, or essence
  • 50g of caster sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 150g of raisins

Fruit & Vegetables

  • 1 orange, zested
