Ingredients
Fresh Meat
1kg chicken, skinned and jointed into 8 pieces
Salad & Fresh Herbs
fresh ginger, 1 inch piece, peeled
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp coriander seeds
Fruit & Vegetables
4 garlic cloves, peeled
2 red onions, peeled and chopped roughly
Dairy
500g of Greek yoghurt
2 tbsp of ghee
Store Cupboard
2 tbsp of cashew nuts, unsalted
salt to taste
1/2 tsp black peppercorns
1 tsp pandan essence, or kewra water
Spices & Dried Herbs
2 tbsp of poppy seeds
1 cinnamon stick
4 green cardamom pods
Oils & Vinegars
2 tbsp of vegetable oil
