  • 2 handfuls of blackcurrants
  • 1 handful of blackcurrant leaves
  • 6 beetroots, a mixture of red, gold and chioggia

Oils & Vinegars

  • 300ml of cold-pressed rapeseed oil

  • 1 pinch of sea salt flakes
