  • 1kg beef short rib

Salad & Fresh Herbs

  • 4 slices of fresh ginger

Spices & Dried Herbs

  • 1 clove

Cooking Sauces

  • 1 tbsp of light soy sauce

Speciality Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp of brown miso paste

Fruit & Vegetables

  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 500g of daikon radish, chopped into thick chunks
  • 2 carrots, cut into thick chunks
  • 1 onion, cut into large dice

Store Cupboard

  • 2 tbsp of sugar
  • 700ml of beef stock
  • 1 tbsp of cornflour
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • flour for dusting
