  • red amaranth cress, (optional)

  • 3g of black peppercorns
  • salt
  • 100g of roasted peanuts, ground to a powder
  • 100g of rice flour
  • 200g of peanut butter, (unsweetened)
  • 40g of roasted peanuts, crushed to a powder

Spices & Dried Herbs

  • 10g of root ginger, peeled and finely chopped

  • 30g of annatto seed, ground to a powder
