Gratinated pine nut-basil chicken with saffron mayo

Ingredients

Fresh Meat

  • 1 chicken breast, boneless and skinless and cut into 4 slices

  • 1/4 tsp cardamom seeds, ground
  • 0.5g of caster sugar
  • 2 tbsp of mayonnaise
  • salt

Salad & Fresh Herbs

  • 1 tsp basil, chopped
