Barbecued Fjord Trout fillets with cucumber

Ingredients

Fish & Shellfish

  • 4 trout fillets, each weighing 100g (skin on)

Oils & Vinegars

  • 4 tbsp of olive oil
  • balsamic vinegar, aged
  • extra virgin olive oil

Store Cupboard

  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • sea salt

Fruit & Vegetables

  • 1 cucumber, (large) peeled, deseeded and sliced into large batons

Salad & Fresh Herbs

  • 60g of mixed salad leaves

  • freshly ground black pepper
