  • 10g of coriander

  • 30g of red wine vinegar

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 1 slice of lemon zest
  • 500g of sweetcorn, on cob, husk removed
  • 5g of garlic

Spices & Dried Herbs

  • 2g of paprika
