530g of plain flour, plus extra for dusting
1/2 tsp salt
7g of fast-action dried yeast
40g of caster sugar
Bakery
15g of baking powder
Dairy
50ml of milk
Beverages
warm water, approx. 200–250ml depending on how humid your room feels – if the air feels very dry you'll want to add a little more water, but if it's very humid less is required
Oils & Vinegars
25ml of vegetable oil, or sunflower oil
