Ingredients

  • 650g of pork belly, minced

Store Cupboard

  • 100g of honey
  • 150g of light brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp of fish sauce
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 dash of red food colouring, (optional)

Beverages

  • 3 tbsp of rice wine

Oils & Vinegars

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Cooking Sauces

  • 1 tsp light soy sauce

Spices & Dried Herbs

  • 1 tsp five-spice powder
