  • 12 apricots
  • 200g of blueberries

Speciality Ingredients

  • 1 tsp orange blossom water, optional

  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • 150g of jumbo oats
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp of maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract, or powder
  • 2 tbsp of pistachio nuts, roughly chopped

Cereals, Grains & Pasta

  • 3 tbsp of chia seeds

Spices & Dried Herbs

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger

Oils & Vinegars

  • 3 tbsp of olive oil, or rapeseed oil

Beverages

  • 2 tbsp of water

  • Greek yoghurt, to serve
