1kg tiger prawns, large
Oils & Vinegars
2 tbsp of olive oil
2 tbsp of vegetable oil
1 tsp white wine vinegar
Fruit & Vegetables
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 tsp chilli powder
2 tomatoes, ripe and chopped
Store Cupboard
sea salt, finely ground
Spices & Dried Herbs
1/2 tsp peppercorns, freshly ground
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 green chillies, chopped
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp cumin powder
Salad & Fresh Herbs
1/2 bunch of coriander leaves, chopped
Cooking Sauces
1 tbsp of ginger and garlic paste
