1 lamb's tongue, ox tongue, pig tongue or veal tongue
Fruit & Vegetables
1 onion, peeled and quartered
1 carrot, washed and roughly chopped
3 garlic cloves, bashed
Salad & Fresh Herbs
1 bunch of thyme

1 tsp black peppercorns
salt, to taste
