- 2 punnets of strawberries, halved, or quartered if they are large
- 10ml of balsamic vinegar, aged
- 10g of sugar
- 5g of fresh mint, chopped
- 1 pinch of salt

Method

Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix well. Cover with cling film set aside in the fridge for 1 - 2 hours to marinate
