How to make crêpe batter
STEPS
1. To begin the crêpe batter, prepare the needed amount of melted butter and warm milk for the recipe on the stovetop or in the microwave
2. Sift the flour, sugar and salt into a large bowl, and mix with a wooden spoon
3. Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients. Add the milk and melted butter into the centre
4. Break the eggs into the well, and slowly begin to whisk, gradually bringing the flour into the centre
5. Continue to whisk until you have a smooth batter
6. Strain the batter into a bowl through a fine sieve. Push any lumps through with a wooden spoon
7. Cover the crêpe batter with cling film and set aside for 30 minute before using
