How to confit a duck leg
 
STEPS
 
1. Remove the duck from the curing mix. Rinse the duck meat or wipe down until clean
 
2. In a small pan, melt down the desired amount of duck fat 
 
3. Pour the fat over the duck legs to cover, and place in the oven at the recommended temperature until cooked
 
4. Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the fat, then store in the fridge until needed
