Crumbing meat and fish is a great way to keep retain mositure as well as add texture. This technique can be used to make homemade fish and chips, chicken nuggets or schnitzels, all of which kids can get involved with. To give a thicker crumb, repeat the crumbing method again but omit the flour stage.
