Great British Chefs is a team of passionate food lovers dedicated to bringing you the latest food stories, news and reviews.

It was with great excitement that we made our way towards Northcote on Tuesday 28th January for night 5 of Obsession 2015 - a unique series of incredible dinners prepared on 15 consecutive nights by 27 critically acclaimed Chefs from around the world, who between them boast an incredible 27 Michelin stars and a host of other prestigious awards.

Over 100 guests, including the likes of Ryan Giggs, Gary Neville and Matthew Fort made their way from all over the country, to experience this unique evening.

With 4 Michelin stars between them, chefs Phil Howard [from The Square] and Brett Graham [from The Ledbury], teamed up to create a seven course tasting menu, which tantalised and entertained every taste bud and more imaginable!

Complementing all of these wonderful dishes, Craig Bancroft and his team of expert sommeliers paired an incredible set of matching wines.

If that wasn’t enough, we were extremely fortunate to enjoy the company of Claire from Lucknam Park, Vivek Singh & his team from The Cinnamon Club and Matthew Fort, who all contributed to fabulous banter, making the night simply unforgettable.

Everything about Obsession at Northcote was a truly phenomenal experience - celebrating its 15th year, I am already looking forward to next year!
