Restaurant Ö

Ranno Paukson and Martin Meikas, chefs and co-owners of Restaurant Ö, Tallinn, hail from the island of Saaremaa, the largest island in Estonia. On this magical isle, the locals have a slightly different dialect, with heavy usage of the letter that the restaurant takes its name from. The chefs are inspired greatly by this island, sourcing beautiful ingredients from bountiful forests and the mighty Baltic sea. Restaurant Ö take inspiration from their Nordic ancestors to create complex, refined dishes truly inspired by the land, served in the heart of the stunning city of Tallinn.
