Jonathan Biderman

Jonathan is a keen explorer of food, culture, science, technology, and design. His most recent adventure was undertaking a master's degree in Anthropology of Food, following a stint at Modernist Cuisine. He is particularly interested in the relationships between tradition and innovation, craftsmanship and modern technology, and consumption and satisfaction. Something between a mad scientist and a grandmother in the kitchen, he likes improvisation and comfort food.
