Moving on from the kitchen, he now acts a Pastry Consultant based in London and hosts pop up bakery Sweet. at the South Place Hotel, in Moorgate. With a passion for the variety and intricacies of all things pastry-related, Daniel creates beautiful desserts and delicacies with a focus on quality seasonal ingredients.
