Nud Dudhia (Breddos Tacos)

Nud’s journey began in a makeshift taco shack in a car park in Hackney, where he set up Breddos Tacos with his business partner Chris Whitney. The shack quickly garnered a loyal following thanks to Nud’s creative take on traditional Mexican cuisine. Word of mouth spread, which led to supper clubs around London and an eight-month residency in Soho bar The Player, followed by another eight-month run at Trip Space in Haggerston. Breddos Tacos opened a standalone site in Clerkenwell in 2016 to critical acclaim and another in Soho. Nud released his first cookbook in 2016 and continues to further his understanding of the food and culture of Mexico on numerous annual trips to the various regions of the country.
