Jamie Oliver’s new book Jamie’s Great Britain has a recipe for Welsh Cakes where he includes a filling of double cream and fresh berries – suggesting strawberries, raspberries or blackberries. Each cake is then sliced in half to add the filling
Congratulations to Michael Wignall, who is one of the new chefs who will be joining the revamped Great British Chefs website in a few weeks. Michael is Head Chef at The Latymer at the Pennyhill Park Hotel which was awarded its fifth Rosette by the AA on the 26th September.
