It's a tough one but it has to be Italian as this crab salad looks just AMAZING! My all time fave is a Seafood Linguine with prawns, mussels, clams and squid in a tomato and chilli sauce. I could eat this all day every day!

Italian. My favourite recipe is Puntarella salad. My own version incorporates the crunchy hearts of punterella ofset by the salty flavour of the anchovies. I also include shredded raw baby artichokes, agretti and fresh borlotti beans, coated in an extra virgin olive oil and aged balsamic vinegar dressing, with shavings of parmesan cheese and black pepper . That to me is simply heaven. I am lucky that I have these vegetables growing in my allotment.

It has to be French - french pastries; croissants, pain au chocolat, pain au raisin. I feel very lucky that I am training in french patisserie at the moment and I really can't get enough of the french patisserie culinary world. It is such an art!!

Bharwan Paneer sounds absolutely delicious by Alfred Prasad. I love Indian food and as a vegetarian I find that it offers a great variety of wonderfully flavoured food. I often find vegetarian food served in restaurants is bland with no spice or flavouring so to be able to to choose a dish like the paneer would be a dream come true
I would love the opportunity to go to Taste of London where all flavours come together

Italian - and I'd say my favourite (but I love almost all of it!) is probably chicken parmigiana, and piles and piles of garlic bread.

Now I'm hungry!!

My favourite is Hake Fillet with Golden Beet & radish salad - Simon Rogan.
I love growing vegetable in my garden. This year, I almost gave up on Lettuces, as we are having a dreadful weather & not much sun. But I have been enjoying picking Mixed Lettuces almost every day, still loads left to take to my work place for my colleagues. I would have loved to grow Beetroot this year, but with unforeseen reasons I have to resort to grow Swiss Chard instead. Its leaves are very similar to Spinaches, I have been told.
Although I chose English recipe here as I love fish, I am very much fan of Italian cousin. My favourite Italian dish is Risotto. My risotto is always accompanied with my home-grown salad.
