MasterChef: The Professionals is once again on the hunt for aspiring professional chefs to take part in this year’s competition.  At Great British Chefs we're keen to see if you have what it takes to compete in the new series

Professional MasterChef has established itself as one of the principle professional competitions in the country and the new series will continue to push its contestants to prove they have the ability to cook at the highest level. Applicants will experience working in some of the most amazing kitchens in the World (2010 we were at Noma and 2011 at El Celler de can Roca) with the best talent the culinary world has to offer.
Last year’s finalists made their own dishes for chefs holding 47 Michelin stars including Great British Chefs’ Nathan Outlaw, Daniel Clifford, Robert Thompson, and James Sommerin.

Judges Michel Roux Junior, Gregg Wallace and Monica Galetti, along with some of the greatest chefs in the country will be back to whittle down hopeful chefs until only the very best remain.

The only way to stand a chance of being part of a competition that has discovered the unrivalled skill and flair of Ash Mair, Claire Lara, Steve Groves and Derek Johnstone, is to apply.
