Robert Thompson produces modern European dishes with a dual emphasis on both taste and appearance.
Unsurprisingly, given that the chef lives and works on the Isle of Wight, there are plenty of delicious seafood recipes in this collection. His Pan-fried red mullet on courgette tagliatelle recipe is easy to prepare while the Sea bass carpaccio makes an attractive starter that is similarly simple to praise.
