Christoffer Hruskova, hailing from Odense in Denmark, is a wonderful innovator of Scandinavian cuisine.
For a traditional Danish (with a touch of culinary innovation) make a batch of Dark chocolate floedebolle, or try his White chocolate and raspberry floedebolle recipe for something lighter. Sticking with tradition, but with elements of Hruskova's signature use of earth flavours, try his Jellied koldskaal with green strawberries, liquorice ice cream and dill recipe.
